Q37504, "Train to Nowhere"
Description:
4 hours after he originall called the CM Dispatcher to go west, Q37504 sits in the yard still. The reason for the delay? Look in the background. New dispatchers get scared of the "Silver Streak" and do things that are downright dumb to other trains. That's the westbound Capitol Limited, aka P02905, an hour late.
