Description:
With the rain coming down in sheets, Q15015, with one of CSX's most elusive locomotives leading, flys through New London. I have only seen this unit once before, in the trailing position. We heard this train coming with the 8889 leader, and despite the rain, stayed in New London waiting for it to come.
