At first the MOW Foreman had the 911 pull down the Waynesburg Southern towards Blacksville. He said he had never been here and didn't know one track from another, he also couldn't make up his mind because originally they were going to wye the whole train, but he decided that: 1 - He would unload the rail on the right track and 2 - they would just unload it the way it was. This required the train to back up past the switch under the third car. |
